Chief Financial Officer
Stephen is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the firm’s key finance and accounting activities globally. This comprises of financial planning and forecasting, accounting and tax management, oversight of the firm’s internal risk and control environment, and managing key vendor relationships including engagement with the firm’s fund administrator and external auditor. He has 10 years’ experience in financial services primarily located in New York, operating in an audit capacity across the accounting, insurance, banking, and asset management industries. Prior to joining Sunbridge Capital Partners, Stephen was a Vice President at BlackRock where he led globally integrated teams to manage the firm’s risk through the performance of audit and advisory reviews across BlackRock’s investments, trading, and middle office functions. He started his career at Ernst & Young in an independence compliance role.
Stephen graduated from the College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate.
